Regional Advisory Groups
ROBIN has established two Regional Advisory Groups (RAGs), one for Meso-America (RAG-MA) and one for South America (RAG-SA). They have two main functions:
- to provide independent guidance to the Project Board throughout the project
- to ensure that the project’s deliverables are relevant and appropriate to regional stakeholder needs and will be adopted by end-users.
Members of each RAG (see table below) are drawn from each partner country and are chosen to represent scientific, societal, policy, and other regional stakeholder interests. Both RAGs will aim to meet at least three times during the project. Dates and locations of meetings are shown in the table below.
The RAG meetings will be chaired by senior project representatives (preferably a Work Package leader or Project Council member) to ensure effective cross-over and communication with the project’s decision-making bodies.
